1. Course Cancellation by Students
  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a written request through our official contact channels.
  • Cancellation requests made before the course starts may be considered for partial refunds, subject to management approval.
  • No refunds will be provided once the course has started.
2. Course Cancellation by Technical Study Center
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation by us, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Any processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways will be deducted from the refund amount.
